Networking for a sustainable South West

All around the world, throughout Australia, and in our very own south-west, Transition Town initiatives are popping up, one by one, little by little. Transition Towns seek to address the effects and causes of peak-oil, climate change and global credit crunch in our communities by using general strategies such as resilience and self-reliance building and re-localisation.
This South-West Transition Initiatives Network is an opportunity for Transition groups from around the south west of WA and metropolitan affiliates, to share their experiences, ideas and projects. We invite you to share in this networking through joining your local initiative as a concerned individual and/or representative of your community, to help create a more sustainable south-west WA.​
