Local Transition Themes
Items that are added to this site from local initiatives can be categorised by 'Transition theme' (food, energy etc.). If they are categorised, then they will appear on special pages which collect all the items related to one theme together. So instead of seeing stuff by location or by 'type', you can now see it by theme.

Those themes that are undelined link to a page for a regional networking group for that theme. Thees regional netorks have 5 purposes that parallel the purpose of the SW regional network as a whole...
1. Carry out network activities that are shared by most/all the SW Intiatives' theme groups (pods).
2. Identify projects that would benefit all Initiatives' theme pods in the region.
3. Cross fertilise ideas between SW pods focused on the same theme
4. Raise awareness of the theme and the Transition Network activities around that theme in the SW
5. Be a regional hub to support state-wide and national Transition projects and branding in that theme area.
